METHODOLOGY

Evaluation
The first step in implementing a successful technology plan for our clients is to understand their business model, operational procedures and to clearly identify the existing technology base.

The next is to identify current and future business goals and devise a technology path to achieve these. One of our foremost strengths is to perform this analysis in a concise and cost effective manner.

Research
Upon completion of the Evaluation phase, we research the best technology solutions for our client's businesses using the most well-tested and reliable, industry-standard products and services. We emphasize products that are tried and true rather than pursuing new and un-tested, and perhaps unreliable technologies.

Design
We rely on over sixty (60) combined years experience to design complete technology solutions including hardware, software and administration. Utilizing equipment from recognizable manufacturers such as CISCO, Sun Microsystems, Intel, Hewlett-Packard / Compaq and IBM; and software from such vendors as Microsoft, Remedy, Clarify, Veritas, Legato, Symantec, TrendMicro, Oracle, Sybase, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

BANCS is able to tailor systems to fit virtually any size organization and budget. Foremost in our design are the following traits: (1) Systems should require the absolute minimum in ongoing maintenance, (2) Systems should be as fault-tolerant as possible and (3) Systems must be able to grow with our clients preserving the maximum amount of initial investment.

Included in many of our solutions are (off the shelf) products such as Microsoft Windows (98/NT/2000/XP), Microsoft Office (97/2000/XP), Microsoft Exchange Server (5.5/2000), Microsoft SQL Server (7.0/2000), Citrix Metaframe (v1.8 NT/2000; XP), Veritas Backup Exec and NetBackup, Legato Networker, Symantec and TrendMicro Anti-Virus products (desktop, server and real time data filtering).

Implementation
Once a design is accepted by our client, our primary objective is to get the system installed, tested and running in as time-efficient and cost effective manner possible. We act both as provider of equipment, software and service as well as project manager for all phases of implementation including site preparation, acquisition of materials, cabling, installation, configuration, final product roll-out, training and very importantly, on-going support.
